The product was tasty, although I felt it was very much overpriced on both the product and the postage. It took 7 days to arrive, so I’m unsure why postage was so high. It was only 48hour tracked and very light. Communication was good, nice style and tracking details provided. Overall verdict: delicious but wouldn’t buy again unless 50-60% cheaper.

I ordered early December. I know it's a busy time, but it's not unexpected. My order took too long to arrive so missed the event that I wanted it for. However, the treats were tasty. Just remember to order very very early.

We used the chocolate fountain for the first time today. We put in the 600g chocolate as per the box instructions, a bit at a time and let it melt fully before turning on the motor. The chocolate didn't drip very freely at all and it didn't seem to be enough to create a continuous flow. At one point before we had even tried putting in the first item, the top stand become loose (I don't know why as no one was near it at that point) and then the machine span chocolate over hte entire kitchen and those nearest to it. Not very impressed.

Ordered late in December but received some replacements which were not similar. A bit disappointed even though the replacements looked nice they did not have the Christmas theme. If items are not in stock do not advertise them.

I really like this Company however my last 2 deliveries which were gifts were substituted and the delivery is way too long. Sadly I didn't see the change on my last delivery to chocolate orange so neither people like this so it will end up in the bin. I think next time I will just go back to Selfridges as I dont have the stress of delayed deliveries etc. Sorry.

Honestly quite a lot of it all just tastes like caramel which is disappointing it was very expensive. It’s absolutely edible just not as good as I had hoped.

The popcorn is gorgeous unfortunately I was given a code that didnt work I did email them I got a reply to say they forgot to make it live but I had already made a purchase by then.

Very small and cheap cardboard packaging. Advent calendar so can’t comment on content although not expecting much as 24 packets will be tiny!! Paid £28 through HSBC “special 20% discount” so very very dissatisfied as could have got for £22 from Ocado !!

Disappointed with this order. The flavours were hardly discernable apart from the salted caramel, which was too salt, and the kernels had not all beem popped. A great risk to one's teeth and not pleasant to keep removing items from your mouth. Not up to usual standard

Purchased large bags (boxed) of assorted. and cheese (also bored) which were delivered approx 3 weeks ago, purchased via QVC. Assorted being kept for Christmas but cheese as my treat to me. Bought previously and very happy but the amount of 'husks' which are in your mouth is really unpleasant and does not make it enjoyable as they are impossible to chew and have to removed from your mouth. This doesn't occur with each piece but is of sufficient unpleasantness to be off-putting. So sorry about this comment. Mrs P Matthews. 26.09.24

Of the cheese flavoured popcorn I have tried I am not impressed to be honest it tasted stale to me but in fairness I have only tried two of the flavours

When I first started buying your popcorn I couldn't fault it there was never any hard corn or waste at the bottom but the last three deliveries I have had from qvc that hasn't been the case. I gave it three for the taste of them ,my favourites are the cheese ones

I've tried the odd bag of cheese flavoured popcorn before and liked them so I thought I would try the selection pack but it was a bit disappointing as there were a few flavours that I didn't like,the chilli for example,but they do make a change from sweet ones now and again,but I will stick to the odd bag from now on. Keep up the good work a Joe and Sephardic.

After seeing the popcorn on QVC I purchased the cheese selection direct from Joe and Seph's website. Not as tasty as expected. The popcorn didn't excite me so unfortunately I won't be a returning customer.
