Takes an absolute age to deliver. Very costly for what it is and packets very small. Wbiste is poor if you have vouchers and kept glitching.

Very disappointed. Quite a lot of corn in bits at bottom of bags including unpopped corn. Not a fan of most of flavours too. Will definitely not be buying again.

Very disappointed with cheese selection- very hard kernels in the vast majority of pieces. Had the sweet Christmas selection last year and they were wonderful. Also disappointed they were not in the display box as demonstrated on QVC. A tale of 2 selections, such a shame.

Cannot review product as it was never received. Ryal Mail tracker showed it as being sent to them but still not received by them nine days later. I contacted QVC and cancelled

I wasvery disappointed with the texture it was. Sort of dry soggy flavours were not too bad but I wouldn't buy or recommend them shame because I was so pleased with the idea of having savoury popcorn

I ordered this popcorn and it was not good. I found the popcorn was in small hard pieces … the coffee and walnut flavour was inedible and binned. Eaton mess, shortbread and other flavours were very artificial. I would not purchase again.

At first I thought it was a great idea but after sampling the pack that we got I was not impressed. Maybe it’s just popcorn in general that has been flavoured and packaged. It just has a stale texture to it and is not enjoyable regardless of the flavour that is added

Hi Susan, Thank you very much for your feedback. The price of our products reflects the quality of the ingredients and the process we use to make them. All our popcorn is made by hand using the finest quality, all natural ingredients. We take care to source premium ingredients, including extra-large mushroom corn kernels because we believe that they produce the best-tasting popcorn. Everything went wrong. What do you want me to start with? Your popcorn machine- a desaster popping corn allover my kitchen. That wouldn't be a problem, but the product it made was soft and stale, with a horrible taste. I returned the machine, paid p&p £12.75 on top and it took me nearly 2 months to recover my money. Your answers to my phone calls and emails were standard, exactly like here on reviews: will follow up with care team. I ordered the popcorn you highly recommended too. Fancy names, no taste, stale and unedible. Like something you forgot in the cupboard for months. I didn't bother to send them back, knowing how hard it is the refund process: around 6-7 weeks! Well, I gave you a try. Didn't work well. I hope I'll never hear about you ever again.

Sorry, but not for us. We found them very sweet, anyone with a really sweet tooth will like them I am sure, Bought tins and boxs and no one at them. Didn't realise how sweet they would be perhaps it would have been best to try just one set. Popular with many others though and we can't all like the same taste.

we were given the mini gourmet popcorn bars coconut and peanut.which is a flavour that we both enjoy.Unfortunately these are terrible .very dry stale taste..Had to throw them out.So very disappointed as this is the first product we have had of your ranges.

I purchased this Advent calendar from Harrods at the start of December, it's now the 22nd and Every.Single.Packet has been stale so far. The flavours are good, but the texture is terrible.

"if you don't love this popcorn...i'll eat my hat," it says on the packaging. well, be prepared to eat your hat then. i got the advent calendar box from a supermarket in singapore. the first packet i opened was salted caramel. the taste of the popcorn was ok, but the texture was very soft - like garrett popcorn left in the open for a week. it's completely stale. hope the packets will be better.
