Lovely popcorn, awful customer service. I had an email saying my order had been dispatched, then had an email from the delivery company saying a set date it was coming I booked off work to be in as anytime that day it could come, however I then had another email from Joe seph to say my order had been dispatched(same ref number) Called them to find out what was going on, the lady was so rude 'oh what do you want me to do, you will just have to wait in won't you', really???? Is this your customer service, if so I will take my custom else where, so rude. Now I don't know when my order is coming, and nither does Joe sephs , People do have to work I can't keep staying in waiting as you send incorrect emails when my order has been dispatched.

I didn’t receive my order even though it’s been 3 weeks since I received an email to confirm my order has been dispatched. I’m very disappointed that it’s not been delivered especially considering the payment if £5.50 was debited from my account nearly 1 month ago. For the 2nd time my purchase failed to arrive. Even worse, Joe and sephs have failed to respond to 2 emails asking for my recent purchase to be sorted. I am still waiting for my purchase or a reply.
