After my initial package was misplaced by royal mail, Joe & Steph sent out a replacement promptly which has now been received. The popcorn is packaged beautifully and tastes devine! Well worth the wait xx

I didn’t receive my order even though it’s been 3 weeks since I received an email to confirm my order has been dispatched. I’m very disappointed that it’s not been delivered especially considering the payment if £5.50 was debited from my account nearly 1 month ago. Can this issue please be resolved ASAP, either by giving me a refund or re-sending the order. Thank you, Shabana

For the 2nd time my purchase failed to arrive. Even worse, Joe and sephs have failed to respond to 2 emails asking for my recent purchase to be sorted. I am still waiting for my purchase or a reply.

Item never turned up. Emailed to ask for an update but was told royal mail have back logs and my order would be no later than 5th Nov. Its now 11th. Very disappointed.
