I love Jobalots so much. It's become part of my daily life, browsing all the great products at amazing prices. If you like auction sites and want to make a side income selling products you're defo missing out if you're not a member. Get on it...

Mostly excellent, but you really need to brush up on certain subjects 1, it would be nice to be able to talk to a human when you have a problem talking through emails you can't explain the problem you have properly and be understood 2, describe the items more accurately 3, sort out postage as there is a long delay of receiving items these days.

Quite new to this but found it great after first few orders. Last order disappointed as the make up concealer wasn’t new had been used so won’t be using it and also a rucksack has a name hand written on the inside, obviously the previous buyer did this and sent it back so it’s not the best as I wanted to offer it to my brother. Don’t know how he managed to do that having written inside it his details.

I am happy with Jobalots on the whole although I would like to be able to search for items via lowest price without having to be a special member as it is a waste of time to scroll through so many items to find things of interest to buy. I don't like to waste time in this way. I also sometimes feel that some items should not make their way on to any auction platform as someone at some point does know that the item is unusable and unsellable. I know this is common practice with such auctions, but I feel that this is something that will make people stop buying at Auction if it happens a lot.

I have used jobalot for a while. And haven’t had to throw many items away. But recently there has been many items missing or boxes not sent together. Customer service is slow and I feel the pro customer service should be for us all!! And the sending the items have been very slow recently

Received a whole joblot of electronic items which did not work at all. Other joblots were great but when it comes to electrical they're not tested at all and a lot of the time don't work. These should be tested and specified as faulty

I have had a lot of excellant quality goods from JLI, but also had some goods fit for the bin, I was aware that the law states goods should be fit for purpose but a lot are not. I purchased a Cast Iron vice which was snapped in half with no way of repair this should never have been sold, but you have to accept T's & C's before you purchase not sure how valid this is. Generally i would think i've had 80% excellant quality so you take a gamble don't bid too high it might not be that good
