I'm sorry for any confusion but we have set rates that are applied to each pallet, these are not based at all on weight and are instead based off the pallet space charged by the courier. “Overall very good company although the payment terms is midnight on the day you win an auction and in some cases the auctions close at 11pm so if you are asleep you are buggered as you will be suspended and lose your bid!”
