Items not as described, different pictures used and some items appear to be damaged, replacement mops are not packed properly these could be faulty. Retail recommended prices are overestimated. No telephone number for company to contact anyone.

This is my 7th pallet and i am very pleased by their products.they are truly amazing and high quality.though only one or two items are useless in pallet .overall its massive and high quality products.i can easily sell these products .excellent service and great communication.

A lot of items missing, not like manifested. Sometimes can get other item in place, but when I'm bid I take attention to manifest and that increase my highest bid.

Great site in general, would be better if able to combine a few days orders into one, especially at a weekend when nothing gets shipped till Monday anyhow
