I find JLI to be mainly good, with a very easy user interface and prompt replies from customer support. The goods are generally in good condition, with very few unsellable items, but I have a couple of issues:- Packaging of larger heavier orders can be too lightweight to protect the goods in transit. I am continually annoyed by the message on payment requests that threatens closing of the account if payment is not made by midnight, especially as several months ago buyers were asked to provide a backup payment method to automatically pay if you inadvertently forgot.

I want to give this website -3 stars if unfortunate I have to give them ateast 1 star .This website selling wastage stuff as use or customer return.I bought one vacuum on bid but I received some parts of vacuum only all recived parts are damaged and fully dirty.missing charging adapter. Missing all joints .I have only option that throw in bin .can't return as their policy. Please be carefully before buy from them .

First time used Jobalots, everything I bought was as described. I had one of purchase a few didn't work but I do understand this is customers returns is like gambling. Jobalots great service great communication always updating delivery dates and companies. I would like to give 10 stars but the maximum is 5. I receive aloot items broken or cut or missing peaces. Normaly need to present what you have on the box not what you can buy from bra d new. John pye is do like this. Is tru the price is more accessible but Is not trustable for me. I spend ready aloot and I receive the brokens items. I don't liked. Tha k you

Auction process is very good delivery quick BUT items are really poor quality rrp stated is way over what they should be and a gross overestimate at best

Never seen such a load of rubbish three jumpers that would fit an elephant never in my life have I seen such large jumpers and the quality was so bad I just threw them in the bin.

As much as I will love to give Jobalots 6stars, the delivery aspect is a lot frustrating. If Jobalot has unanimously given purchased goods to a courier company, it is their responsibility to ensure customers get back what they paid for. I paid for 2 identical items and got just one delivered and it’s not fair as it is a missed opportunity even if refund is made. The auto response sent after a complain is quite frustrating. You don’t tell a customer that an item has been scanned off your warehouse hence you don’t have to take responsibility if the delivery was ever made. It is an irresponsible stance to take. I have had refunds made in the past and I have also lost items without anyone getting back to me. Jobalots deserves better but don’t let the logistics mess up your good job. Find a way out and amend your auto response.

All three of my returned items were actually broken, garden shears in three pieces in the box, glass shattered on my lanterns and soap dispenser didn't work at all. Very disappointing

unsold customers item. and low volume of amazon items you are selling. in which market we are going to sell your product???? we are resellers not a customer. even brand new lot if i can go on amazon or ebay there are already bad reviews of product.. i didn't made profit so far. this things for offline mall or store. its my honest review.

The concept of turning it into an online marketplace has ruined the experience of the website. Really not a fan of it at all and from what I've seen most of the marketplace auctions tend not to hit the reserve amount either so doesn't seem to be working all that well to have your own auctions and that of other traders under one website.
