-Bei einer Bestellung auf Palette wurde am Zielort von Spediteur die Palette unter der Ware weggerissen und die dann einfach auf dem Vorplatz stehen gelassen. Das war nicht Jobalots sondern der Spediteur, dennoch keine schöne Sache gewesen! -Einmal hattet Ihr mir einfach was anderes mitgeschickt, einen Bodensauger der sehr gebraucht war und unkomplett, anstatt eines Statives. Das Stativ habe ich nicht mehr bekommen. Es hiess die Ware ist nicht mehr vorhanden. ...jetzt aber zum guten: Wir haben zusammen das Problem "einigermassen" zu meiner Zufriedenheit geklärt. Ihr habt immer gute Ware im Angebot und Ihr seid schnell! Ihr seid immer bereit Fragen zu beantworten, manchmal gibt es sprachschwierigkeiten, doch im allgemeinen klappt es sehr gut. Ich bin dabei mit eueren Waren was grosses auf zu ziehen! Dann werde ich noch mehr bestellen, denn ich verlasse mich auf euch und Ihr habt mein Vertrauen! Gut so! Weiter so! Very poor customer service and broken items. I did not receive all of the items I won in a bid. Emailed the company to notify them that an item was missing, they did not even have the courtesy to give a response. Terrible

Receiving the wrong color of shoes is frustrating, especially when it's not possible to appeal due to company policy. It's important for companies to prioritize customer satisfaction and provide accurate product descriptions. Receiving a completely different product than what was ordered is not acceptable and can greatly impact the customer's experience.

Have ordered a lot lately but have had 3 none sellable items as they were broke or just didn’t work . The £25 refer a friend is a joke as we never got it, & when i complained, got a load of terms and conditions which were a load of bull .
