It is standard for couriers not to leave the parcel in an unattended place, you can contact the courier for additional delivery instructions. “Generally the experience is good but too many lots have items missing that are significant and not identified in the listing. There is a clear disclaimer to this effect but sometimes the missing part is significant and could clearly be identified. Hence, some lots are a gamble and the price has to be right to reflect that risk.”
