I have ordered two lots and never received them no attempt was made to deliver waiting on a refund

Great easy transition.. Fast communication, fast shipping . Highly recommended. My only feedback would be is to include sizes in listings, several listings are not sized which puts me off purchasing

Your items are very expensive considering the quality of the items you source. Most of your items are made in China but you never disclosed it to the Customers. You allow people bidding for goods thinking they are of Western origin or standard only to receive a Chinese made products. Secondly all my items are for Africa Market and it will be unfair to pay Vat tax here and when you ship the items to Africa you have to pay Vat tax aswell. I was very upset when I came to know that you withdrew money from my account without my approval. I consider such action as unprofessional and dishonest. Mohamed Bashir.

We source our products from various retailers, whose products are manufactured from countries around the world, so we do not indicate the country of origin on any of our listings. When exporting products you need to contact the tax authorities to work on claiming your VAT back from the export. About our automatic payment, it is included in our terms and service that all won bids must be paid before midnight and if you haven't manually checked out your winning bid/s by midnight, our auto-payment feature will attempt to take payment for your outstanding bids.

Customer service response times can be a little slow, but they usually manage to sort out any problems within a day or two. Delivery of parcels is usually about a week from paying to receiving, not sure about larger orders like pallets though. Overall impressions of the company are positive, and the number of problems is quite small compared to the number of items I've purchased since the start of the year.

Scam, You receive destroyed, non-functional or hard-used items that are not good. I am disappointed, I will not order anything from them again!!!

Although I understand that some items may have parts missing or could be damaged, some items are completely unsaleable and only fit for the bin.

I've received things that they are demaged, I've received things that they are not as they discreibed on JobaLots and tottaly different Somethimes they are not even sending you some of the products and they are sending you someting else instead thinking that this is normal when you are telling them that some of the items are missing and you sent me something else instead. When it was about the refund they didn't wanted to do it because apparently they are not even checking what it is in the package before they are sending it to you. Dissapointed. Think twice before you buy.

I purchased a new item which was completely broken on arrival. It was clear the damage was caused in the delivery process as it was so badly packaged. However, I contacted Jobalots and was refunded.

Hi.this is what a stock liquidation looks like with new folded clothes, this is what the description said at the time of purchase, but the reality was different half of the products without tags, without packaging, thrown in the box, there are also clothes with stains and used, but in the description of the auction it clearly said new, new, brand new, liquidation of stock with tags and for sure the ombudsman must light the support he keeps sending me the explanations from the story books, no one thinks about jobalots terms and conditions I think their support, they only transmit stories, they don't investigate, they don't check, as if it's not their obligation???!!!!!!!
