Not always get what you won which is disappointing. Also packages not packed properly with items getting damaged during shipping ( heavy stuff placed on top of fragile items

The new reserve prices has put me off from buying as a customer from the start of jobalots I will no longer be buying probably have spent 40k in total on boxes and pallets. It’s been years with no reserve price and their justification for their recent greed is buying costs and overhead the reality is you lot get free Amazon returns from Scottish warehouse if you were losing money you wouldn’t have opened a second warehouse just a false justification for greed thinking your buyers are dumb. Good riddance. Awful boxes and pallets full of trash with reserve prices nobody will purchase.

I really like JLI Trading but some things do annoy me. Having a white item displayed but the actual item is black or green. Why can't the correct colour be shown. Other than that I am quite happy with my purchases. Delivery is fast. Packed really well, maybe an excess of brown paper but I have a use for it.

The reserve price increase has been the most idiotic and greedy thing I have seen from a company In a large while. They say it’s for purchasing costs and expenses but it’s gonna come back to bite themselves because I certainly wont purchase atrocious pallets with dirt and broken items and it will end up costing you all in storage because other people wont neither.

I'm very sorry to hear that you're unpleased with our recent changes to our reserve pricing, we understand that this may seem to put users off from placing bids, but we have a variety of starting prices that vary per listing, so users can find auctions they feel more comfortable joining and go from there. The reason we've updated our procedure for setting reserve prices is due to our need to cover expenses, ensuring that we aren't losing value with our sales and therefore able to continue offering our services to the enormous number of users that rely on us every day to support their businesses. We hope that you can understand our reasoning for this change and we hope to continue trading with you in the future.

I really like this trading site mostly is very efficient and clear. However, I have just missed an auction payent for the frst time and been denied access without having the option to clear the funds. It would be nice to be given the choice to clear it before this happens. But on the whole its a good site.

Hello, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. It sounds like your bid got cancelled due to missed payment. If you haven't made a payment for your won bids by midnight, then our auto-payment system will kick in and attempt to create the order for you, if this fails then the bid is cancelled so that the auction can be relisted and the user will receive a warning or suspension; based on the number of previously missed payments on the user's account. As we have a huge number of users on our platform, winning thousands of auctions per day, we have to ensure that any lost time for auctions that were won and not paid for is reduced as much as possible to limit our financial loss, so in order to do this we cancel and relist unpaid auctions as soon as the deadline is missed and our secondary payment option fails to create the order. To avoid further warnings and/or suspensions on your account, please ensure that all won auctions are paid for before midnight. The weight of items isn't accurate making the delivery charge quite a lot more than the cost of the item. Also they have many single item auctions which could be bought for personal use yet vat has to be paid on it separately.

I think alot of the stuff that is sold is from temu from china and not very good quality. But some things are decent enough but alot of what I have bought I probably couldn't sell

Great service, problems if any swiftly dealt with, only thing I have an issue with is the packing some products sent in oversized boxes filled with way to much roll paper .

Very fair and honest description of goods on offer with easy navigation of the auction. Being kept up-to-date with the progress of the bidding helps buyers stay in touch. The delivery of won goods has been excellent and would recommend this medium for purchasing.

in general, everything is good except when sellers sell unusable goods under the guise of a return (for example: a broken figurine or a blanket that was probably taken out of the trash (as if it had been lying on the street for a month) and so on)
