“They are not bad, but they cheat a little on the descriptions of the pallets, a few times I had a discrepancy, there was always something missing on the pallet, and not only on the pallet, cardboard boxes, broken, not badly packed”

“Most of the time I get things sorted,however most recently I have complained about parcels being late and paying for 1-2 days postage but not getting them for days later,on one occasion I received a refund,but on the last occasion i got no refund,therefore I will no longer use the 1-2 day delivery option”
