I was satsified except i got a notification that my shipment was despatched on 17th may and when i was tracking i got an out for delivery message and time slot. When the parcel did not arrive, I tried tracked again and it stated waiting for sender to send. I eventually got the parcel 3 days later but was not impressed with the confusing message regarding the delivery.

Let's put it this way. This website is not for everyone. You auction on mainly customer returned products that you have to expect them to be damaged, broken or generally defective. However, most items are in a good, resellable condition. If you have the skills to fix minor issues and you are willing to clean and polish other's muck, then this is a website that you can form a business around. Generally, we got what we auctioned for with a few minor "incoveniences" where we received a different item then advertised (happened 4-5 times) or even missing items (only happended with 2-3 items). We are greatful for the service this company provides and has allowed us to start a profitable side business so we would like to take the oportunity to send a big Thank You! to the team at JLI Trading ltd and I wish you to keep up the good work! p.s. I wish you would accept collections so we can save more on postage...

Good experience shopping but you could leave items for 24 hrs after winning. Some people are unable to pay immediately.

From previous order I'm not received a lot of item I think that you need to order with a small number of orders, this is very bad, I hope you will choose delivery partners who do not lose goods

If you have reasonable (or low) expectations, you will find bargains; if you expect like-new products, you are likely to be disappointed. Items can arrive in good condition AS WELL AS damaged or broken or with missing parts. To be fair, it is all in the T&C. Think before you bid.

I didn't jobalot really good I do buy a fair but off the auctions. I will say though, they say customer return but have had a decent amount of items they are just fit for the bin, and I've basically paid for rubbish. Also has things missing twice now and when email about it and ask for money back l, and get told no basically. But otherwise yeah they good

Very nice experience to buy from JLI. Some customer returned items are risky to buy as i bought outdoor garden light and it was damaged and didn't work at all. All new items are good with some fragile items breakage like 🪞 mirror.

I have been trading with JLI for a couple of years now and have mostly been very satisfied with the products and the service. The website has a fantastic amount of information on lots, which help massively when listing the items on eBay, Amazon etc. and the invoicing system is very slick. The lots are generally good quality, although I have had a few issues recently with wrong colour or size, and even one lot where the buyer had clearly returned a very old and filthy item, which had not been picked up by anyone. I have a couple of ongoing issues, one being the poor quality of the boxes used to send items and the persistant message that if you don't pay by midnight we will cancel your account and never be allowed to return, this is just downright insulting. There was supposedly a system set up to register a payment method so that payment could be taken if the buyer had inadvertantly gone past midnight, but this never seemed to come to fruition and the annoying policy goes on. All in all JLI are a good company to deal with and I will continue to use them for the forseeable future.
