The payment by midnight is really inconvenient, especially if you are working! There should also be different postage amounts depending upon the weight of the won auction. Paying 5.99 for 0.5kg is unworkable for resale value.

Could be better. Items seem to be missing or not in stock but you get band if you don't follow through with items by mistake

At the beginning u were selling great stuff at the right price now. Now the items ur selling is not worth bidding on.because u have to pay by midnight so u pay for it. Pay for delivery then the next day u spot something u want then realise u have to pay for delivery again. Some items r not worth bidding on because of the delivery charge. Like some items are cheap then u pay that day then the same thing is on the next day but the starting bid has gone up with no bids

My experience hasn been good i bought a chair for 31 pound in auction it arrived as a half of a chair with 5 wheells. the driver dropped it off i didnt even see the drivers face he was gone in a shot.

Jobalots are absolutely fantastic! Lots of great products for a great price! I had to call customer service twice and both times they’ve handled my query very professional. Super friendly, listened with care plus solved my problem of course. Amazing website! I really hope there would more websites just like that!

Won a bid on an airfryer. When it arrived it was completey broken, was missing the dial at the top and was filthy, obviously used heavily! When I contacted customer service they said it was my fault as I had bid on a customer return item and they don't check them. I understand now that this is part of their terms and conditions but still feel there is some level of responsibility on their behalf to ensure that items on their site are in, at least, a usable, clean condition. I now have a box full of useless broken parts and am £50 down. The lack of care and/or understanding from the staff I spoke to was shameful.

I have been buying from this company since February 2022. Most of the items are good. However, my first order was a customer return and it arrived 5 out of 6 damage. I was very disappointed but, the second order was already on its way. Then it got better afterwards. New items arrived sometimes incomplete and a few of the customer return items continued to arrive damaged. Some orders were not delivered and I had to make a few calls and sent emails for follow-up. I was fully refunded for the cost of the items, which is good. Over the last few weeks, I have had most of my customer return items that arrived damaged, incomplete, or not working at all. It would be nice if damaged items could be described as damaged or not working instead of customer return.
