“Not great. I know the adverts are sold as customer returns but I didn’t realise they would be well used customer returns. I brought a sheepskin covered hot water bottle in a gift box and it arrived full of water. And a hose lock hosepipe that is mouldy and also full of water. Not honest adverts”
