“Our dogs are very old ladies, and Jaycliffe have always been able to accomodate their needs and keep them well &happy. Knowing this gives us peace of mind when we go away.”

“I've been to visit it first time today to see what it's like so my dog can go here and I was impressed with everything. The staff went out their way to show me everything and explained everything I needed to know and I'm very happy with everything. I think my dog will be happy here in August for 10 days. I know he will be in safe hands.”

“Excellent place wouldn't leave my fur baby anywhere else, staff excellent they go the extra mile to make your pet happy but also to put your mind at ease. Bentley really enjoys it here. Recommended it to a friend now they wouldn't leave there dogs anywhere else. Highly recommend.”

“Excellent place...my little fur baby goes here at least twice a year and loves it. He was a bit unsure at first and wouldn't eat but the staff went out of their way to get him to eat and feel at home. When we take Henley to the vets he sits and we have to nearly drag him in because he knows it's not a nice place but when we take him to Jaycliffe he runs out of the car and straight in to be welcomed by one of the lovely staff that remember him and fuss him. Don't know what we would do without this wonderful place. Also love the photos they place on Facebook so you can see your little one enjoying themselves. ????????????????????????”

“We have been using Jaycliffe for many years now and our dogs have always been really happy there, which makes us happy to leave them there. We've only got the one now and when we leave him he's so happy he never looks back! He is a very large Alaskan Malamute with a unique personality and all the staff know exactly how to deal with his quirks! Jaycliffe are also more than happy to use the raw diet which we supply. Although we have moved house and now have a bit of a journey, I wouldn't send my dogs anywhere else.”

“Outstanding place to leave your pets. Dexter our dog comes here twice a week for daycare and he absolutely loves this place he cannot get in quick enough to see all of his other friends. He also stays when we have our hols.. 1st class all down to the staff.”

“Great place ! My dog has stayed many times. On one occasion I took my dog when he had a nasty wound after an accident with barbed wire, returned to collect him a week later and it had completely healed! Wouldn't take my dog to any other kennels. The groomers do a fantastic job too.”

“Really friendly people who listen to your needs, they are great with my dog he's been there twice he is quite soppy and as soft as a brush he's come home happy. They take pictures for you to show your animals are happy. I would highly recommend”

“Our Freddie is a regular at Jaycliffe boarding kennels, i wouldn't send him anywhere else, the girls are lovely , caring and professional .. they go out of their way to help and its not a problem if you would like a tour of their facilities. The kennels are clean and have an outside as well as a secure indoor area for sleeping, the dogs are exercised regularly and also have an hour on their own field , everywhere is secure , Fred seems quite happy . I also book him in for grooming and he looks even more handsome than ever when he returns home to us ...”

“My name is Becky, I work mostly in the office at Jaycliffe, ive been here 8 years now and always feel happy leaving my pets here when I'm away. In fact when I had a baby my two dogs were here for a couple of months and they couldn't have been cared for better by the team.”
