“An excellent service, the goods were delivered in a very short time after the online order and arrived here in good condition. The catalogue is very helpful, however some of the product codes don't match up with the actual items when on line eg entered the code for a broom complete and kept getting a hand brush. Other than that no problem.”

“Product arrived quickly and well packaged and looked as it did on the website-just what we wanted. However, the only drawback is the method of opening the unit (small handtowel dispenser) this was not obvious from the picture on the web. I was expecting a key of some kind, simillar to the other towel dispensers that we already have in our Church-this one has a piece of plastic to push into two holes and I'm not convinced of its strength-however time will tell!”

“The problem is that i do not know what to expect. I would like to know at the point of placing my order when to expect its delivery. I still do not know this and have had no communication from you except this. And still no delivery. An intuitively easy to use method of tracking my order would help as too. I would like to have given a better review but so far you don't compare well with other internet ordering sites. But I am hoping to be pleased on receiving the goods when I will give a better review.”
