“I placed my first order with Janitorial direct. There was no hassle ordering and I was shocked by the fast delivery and excellent customer skills from the delivery driver. Who delivered my items the next day. He was very polite and helpful and even asked me if I required the items being put away on shelves or in cupboards. The whole experience from ordering to the items arriving was exceptional. And I will certainly be using Janitorial Direct again. Thank you Debbie ( Debs Drainage Ltd)”

“i thought i would be saving money but when my order arrived and there was only one pack of toilet roll it worked out to be more than 40 pounds for 16 rolls .far cheaper in any supermarkets .window spray can also be got far cheaper so not a happy customer”

“Unfortunately they fell down on my last order, previously very good, they obviously forgot to process my order, after a week I had to phone, they then got it moving, a real pain the delay, the items were required that week, biggest complaint was not the delay, but no explanation was forthcoming for the hold up and no apology either, if I make a cock up in my business I always hold my hands up and apologise! A shame really.”
