I was charged extra for delivery when placing an order and the wait time to have this resolved.
I don’t think I’d order again but the vase was well received but overall was a really expensive experience to have the replacement item arrive with a similar issue.”

“These decorative figures are a lot of fun and may be displayed in a number of ways (Christmas Trees, draw knobs, Easter Trees etc.). The colours are bright and uplifting and are guaranteed to make you smile and think of your favourite Austin Characters. However, they are reasonably expensive and this may reflect the level of work in their construction, so shop around as they may be purchased cheeper elsewhere, but the range of choice at this shop is better than most. The service from the Jane Austin shop was excellent”
“I have no idea if this is a fun game. I got two of these for presents and they haven't opened them yet. I DO know that I greatly enjoyed playing POLITE SOCIETY, a game which I also got from this site, and which I've been trying desperately to find again to give to my daughter, who wants MINE. Small suggestion : as an international fan, I would have appreciated a little token in my package, something as small as a business card or a flyer from the Center, since there's little chance of me ever having the opportunity to visit in real. And having to pay extra for shipping and duty made my hoodie cost 150$ canadian (88 pounds) even with the 20% discount, so a little something would have made my day and compensate the cost.
