The product was fine. The only inconvenient was the shipment that was meant to be free due to cybermonday promotion. However, when i received package, i received two products instead of just one, and I had to pay for both of them the custom charges. Not a big deal, but I guess that is more fair to specify it on the website so that international costumers know what is the overall price.

2 teacups broken, and no stock avalable. I appreciate thé very quicly answer, and the refund. But I would prefer teacups wrapped and not broken!

Being a Jane Austen fan I just had to check the site out. Ordering was easy and they kept their word about a tracked shipping I was able to check on every now and then. But... my favourite clothing items, the hoodies with the names of the novels, were almost out of stock. Two hoodies were sold out completely and one didn't have my size. I was able to only get three. When I asked them about the hoodies coming in again, they first said that anything not on sale would come back (note, the hoodies out of stock wrre not part of the sale) and when I named the hoodies, they said those were not coming back but there's something exciting and new coming instead. I asked them abojt the new things and they refused to tell me anything. I'm not buying anything else from this site before I can complete a Jane Austen novel hoodie collection with the three I'm missing (Sense and Sensibility, Emma and Mansfield Park)

Hi, very disappointed with the bluebell necklace, worn for first time and blue paint came of and stained skin, possibly not stable with perfume Had to remove, earrings ok but obviously coloured part not in contact with skin

It's a nice tote bag but unfortunately it arrived too late to be used as a gift, which was the intention. The first shipment was received in a timely manner, but the bag had a 10cm long dark stain on the back. They did ship a new one promptly, so that's great, but didn't choose a fast shipment option - as a result it arrived four days later, after I had to leave for the event it was intended for. A great shame but what can you do. I'll have to keep it for Christmas instead.

Bought the tote bag for a Jane Austen fan. She was delighted. However I was very disappointed by the customer service. I emailed 2 addresses in customer service asking for advice on sending a message with the gift. 10 days later am still waiting for a response. Found that pretty poor for a high end nice retailer!

The delivery was quick and uncomplicated. I found it very unfortunate that I was not informed that I would have to pay an extra customs fee of 30% of the value for a delivery to Germany. So the goods became very expensive.
