“It purported to be a vintage serving spoon with a Jane Austen quotation but it wasn't big enough to be a serving spoon, was nothing like the design of the pictured spoon and the quotation wasn't from Austen. The only favourable comment I can make is that JA.co.uk gave me a full refund.”

Additionally, we're sorry for any confusion in regards to these antique items. As stated on our website, due to the individual nature of the spoon, each item may differ slightly from the picture used; however, we will be implementing quality checks to ensure all spoons dispatched are of adequate size.
