“The site wasn’t the easiest to navigate when looking for who to contact as there isn’t a clear distinction between the centre and shop information.
I was charged extra for delivery when placing an order and the wait time to have this resolved.
I don’t think I’d order again but the vase was well received but overall was a really expensive experience to have the replacement item arrive with a similar issue.”
