“Good communication and quick delivery Packaging was not very good, wallpaper was wrapped in a single layer of bubble wrap some some edges were not protected so very surprised there was no visible damage”

“Our Roman blind is a top quality product. It was custom made but even so was delivered in a timely manner. Prior to ordering I was even clear advice on the phone. The blind was expertly finished and we are delighted with it.”

“Absolutely astounding service from Jane Clayton! After I phoned customer services to enquire about placing an order, I requested a fabric swatch. That arrived promptly. I then ordered a made to measure pair of wave curtains in a beautiful Wemyss fabric. They arrived in a couple of weeks and they were perfect. The price was much cheaper than I had been quoted elsewhere too. They were well packaged and I would use this company again and highly recommend them.”

“I ordered the fabrics and a couple of samples. Fabrics had arrived very quickly. It was really faster than I ever expected. And velvets are really stunning. I had some problems getting the samples, because of customs policies, but the Team from J&C helped me to sorted out. So I'm very satisfied! Many thanks to everybody!”

“Ordered 3 sets of curtains on 6 - 8 week delivery. Ready for delivery within 3 weeks, we had to delay UPS delivery by a further week, we were away. Rescheduling the delivery to suit us was easy. Curtains were nicely packed and we are very happy with the finished product - a quality job. Thank you.”
