“Professional, helpful and efficient. After a few purchases of fabric, I ordered two pairs of curtains for my elderly neighbour. They were beautifully made. My only suggestion to further improve service would be to offer the excess fabric. I expect if I had asked I could have had it. When I make my own curtains, I like to keep leftover bits for other projects.”

“The service from Jane Clayton is good but once again UPS delivery has let them down as I received damaged fabric and this is not the only time buying from Jane Clayton that UPS have left the buying experience stressful.”

“The 10% discount off your first order does not apply if you are buying discounted items which is fair enough but should be clearly stated.although There is only a 14 day return policy and the purchaser is responsible for the cost of the return. Very disappointing for me. I would not use this company again, nor would I recommend it.”
