We have regularly had Colefax & Fowler from Jane Clayton and been very happy with the results. Sadly this time our decorator found the paper of poorer quality, harder to work with and one length had to be discarded as ithad a green discolouration on the reverse which showed through . Fortunately we had ordered sufficient to cover the area. The price per roll was slightly higher than in previous purchases. It will make us cautious in our choice of wallpaper in the future.

Lovely wallpaper to hang - really thick and good quality. Colour was a little more green than blue but looks stunning as a feature wall in my bedroom . Would definitely recommend and it was worth paying for a premium product

I've always loved the products at Jane Clayton website, and generally when I've ordered items and samples they have arrived quickly. My most recent order was disppointing in terms of customer service. The products themselves are fine. However the delivery timescales kept changing and our expectations were not managed by either Jane Clayton or UPS the delivery company. The rug underlsy arrived quickly without the carpet, within the 2-5 dsy delivery timescale on the written confirmation. But we needed to chase several times for information on when the rug would be delivered and although Jane Clayton team replied quickly by email each time, the replies were along the lines of 'its delayed', 'we dont know the timescale' etc were not helpful - the rug was for a birthday present for my husband who is ill - we didnt receive it in time for his birthday, which was embarrassing for us. A few weeks later I received UPS delivery email - UPS changed the delivery days and times four times before we actually received the rug. This meant waiting in for the delivery each time and feeling anxious a fed up about whether we would actually receive anything, or if the product was out of stock, or if we had wasted our money. Its not possible for us to have large items like rugs left with neighbours if we are out, we live in a townhouse with no garage or snywhere else to leave deliveries. I buy most things online from various businesses and generally their services are good and reliable. I feel sad that I will probably not buy anything from Jane Clayton again. Despite your lovely range of products, I'd look elsewhere for home furnishings and interior design products, because in this situation we could not rely on the delivery timescales at your website when we placed the order, in the order confirmation email, or from the delivery agent, and information given by your team when asked was too vague to help us know about the status of our order. Products are great, but as a customer my expectations were poorly managed.

Placed order in early February , no details on site stating it wasn’t in stock. Contacted same day to notify it would arrive 18/3/24 and was I happy to wait - then I had 2 more emails over the following weeks delaying delivery - last one saying May but the rug finally arrive early April only to find it was a different rug to what I had ordered. Nice enough rug so I kept it rather than the hassle of returning and waiting again

Our zebra blind is absolutely beautiful! The website is very easy to navigate with a wide selection of lovely products. Ordering and delivery are straightforward. We are delighted with the quality of our purchase.

I have yet to receive my samples and have no had a confirmation email that they have been sent. Otherwise I very much appreciated that you offer samples for free and have such a range of beautiful fabrics.

The blind took a long time to arrive which I can understand but I can’t comprehend how it was sent out with no brackets. I’m still waiting for them and wasted a morning on getting someone in to put them up which has cost me money

I was / am very pleased with the fabric although my upholsterer said it was more suited to curtains than upholstery although it showed on website suitable for upholstery . Forth slightly it’s an occasional piece of furniture. Love the print though. It’s gorgeous.

I ordered a custom Roman blind in a beautiful Casamance fabric. Upon ordering I was told it would take 4-6 weeks to receive it. I was happy to wait. However this time frame came and went and I enquired regarding the delivery date of my blind. I was told it would be delivered by the end of the week and that I'd receive tracking details before it shipped. Again, this came and went with no communication from Jayne Clayton. I had to email again. I was then told it would be dispatched on the Monday. I heard nothing so again ailed to enquire of it's whereabouts. No response. I emailed again a few days later. No response again. I finally filed a PayPal dispute and received no response there either. Contacted via Instagram twice and finally got a reply. A day or so later I received tracking details and after that a response from the team. I've received the blind and have to say I am sorely disappointed with the quality. The wood used to hang the blind is unfinished and have spots of mould. There were no fixings and no drill holes in the blind. Throughout the fabric is puckered and where it should be blind stitched white threads show throughout. I can't quite believe the quality considering the price and I have ordered many bespoke Roman blinds from other companies that were significantly less expensive and the quality ten fold of that of Jayne Clayton. Overall a very disappointing service and product and I doubt I will ever return.
