“Absolutely excellent service and customer care. Kim-Marie could not have been more helpful and responded promply to my queries about my order. The Cottage Loaf handrail, a beautiful piece of wood, is almost identical to the 1901 original on the stairs. I also managed to source antique Victorian cast iron brackets for the new rail so you would never know they had not been installed at the same time. This is not a criticism, but boy can your guys pack securely. I had to wrestle the handrail out of the cardboard tube, the bubble wrap and the shrink wrapped palstic. It took me quite a while and a lot of effort. A first rate company, both product and staff.”

“We needed handrails on the staircase as ours didn't have any and a knee surgery was looming. I didn't want it to look like an enthusiastic social services job so I sanded down the gruesome painted banister, orderedsome mopstick rails and accessories from Jackson, applied some Osmo and hey presto! A very stylish addition.”
