“Product is good but delivery charge for the second lit i ordered is extortionate way to expensive I would recommend you but only if they pick it up at store”

“We were ordering a stair rail for my elderly father. We asked how the long 3.6m rail would be supplied and were told it was in two pieces with a finger joint. However, it arrived as one long piece which we then had to cut ourselves in order to transport it and then join in situ. Had it been as described, I'd have given 5*! Delivery was on time, though the driver left it on the drive and didn't ring the doorbell.”

“I ordered white primed replacement spindles. The service was speedy and the spindles are perfect quality. I was so happy with the painting that I emailed JW to ask what the paint was. I was told they were painted abroad and there was no way of tracing that information. I thought I was using a British business where the work was carried out locally so I was disappointed by this. However, the delivery cost was so high I should have questioned it. Overall I'm happy with the product and the spindles were a good price.”

“I made a special trip from London to visit the Sheffield showroom and was dealt with courtesly and promptly. One of the items I ordered arrived damaged but this dealt with, and a replacement part was despatched, swiftly.”
