One set of the short screws came with a different type of head which did not match the other crosshead screws. Hope you can check out your existing stocks.

It did not feel good to be classed and chaged with delivery to the Highlands and Islands as Perth city centre is only one hour north of Edinburgh and is not in the Highlands. The product was split into two packages. One arrived on schedule and the other was a day late late. The product itself is good.

The delivery was not done as per my notes I left. I asked if out please put the wood in the back garden. It was put in the front garden on view.

I felt the cost of returning the Item was not worth it.perhaps a one way return postage paid by JWT.

Good service and staff. Products are misleading and of variable quality. After sending over £1500 they had no solution to be problem except return the product which is a pain.

In relation to the product quality, we pride ourself on good quality products. However, from your feedback I am unable to assess what was not acceptable. In all cases where the product is faulty, we would offer a replacement the very next day. So please call us should you use us again in the future if you do find that you are unhappy with a product, and we will do utmost to resolve the situation for you.

Incorrect coloured stair parts were sent and unfortunately fitted by my carpenter before being detected by me. The colour change was subtle but meant the stair parts looked more gold instead of nickel (possible batch issue). They should never have been sent in first place since they were sent alongside other nickel plated stair parts that were correct. I would have had to pay my carpenter again to remove the parts and for them to be despatched and so instead asked JW to possibly compensate me in another way however all they offered was a free delivery

Experience was ok. One of the newel caps was split along the top from one side to the other. Filled with wood filler and varnished but still not too happy. No I didn't contact them as I didn't want to have to wait days for a replacement. I may change the cap in the future as the result isn't really acceptable.

Good afternoon, I am very sorry to hear that you were unhappy with one of your caps. Please,. if you purchase form us in the future, and you receive any damaged items, then please call us as we do replace the next day or the latest within 48 hours with no hesitation.

Stylish product and creates a great look however grub screws aren't robust and can easily be cross threaded or over tightened loosing them into the foot. Biggest issue though is £24 delivery charge whether you're ordering 3 or 30, really needs explaining, not acceptable.

I would give 5 stars for value, ease of ordering and delivery. However out of 33 spindles 5 were either warped, dented or split. Thankfully I had ordered surplus so the job wasn't delayed.

In relation to the spindles, I am sorry to hear that 5 of them arrived damaged. We are always more than happy to either replace any damaged items or refund you. Items delivered damaged, but due to the much emblazoned cop out of signing the delivery note as damaged I could not return the damaged items taken in by my neighbour. Unnecessary sharp legal practice. I would recommend the company but with a warning of the cop out.

The reason we put the sticker on for you to check your delivery within 24 hours is so that we can offer you a replacement for any damaged goods ASAP. Good morning Cliff, I am very happy to hear that you are pleased with Jackson Woodturners. Unfortunately we are tied with the couriers and have to rely that they will deliver on time. They do, occasionally suffer delays and issues I am sorry that you were on the receiving end of this. I hope this will not stop you from returning for Jacksons in the future.

We did have problems with the size of the mopstick handrail being slightly too big for the brackets

The pigs ear handrail does not include any fixings. The invoice was not received online until the day of receiving the handrail, which I would have preferred receiving at the time of ordering. I was not able to track the item which meant I had to rely on the delivery date given at time of ordering. These points are mentioned so you can improve your modus operandii.

Great quality product and packaged well but not impressed that the delivery/courier did not ring the doorbell and goods were left on the front doorstep leaving my wife having to get a neighbour to carry the goods indoors as too heavy for her to lift. The goods could have so easily been stolen.

Good products at competitive prices, but some issues with the shipment; one package out of 3 was returned by the courier to Jacksons for some unknown reason and one item was missing from the original shipment. This was quickly resolved by Jacksons but did delay my progress

The product was exactly what I needed. The website wasn’t brilliantly helpful as there weren’t enough pictures or dimensions for me to completely check compatibility but I took a chance and it paid off. I’ve only given 3 stars because shipment was extremely slow and as much as the product cost. If I’m going to have to spend almost £8 on shipping I expect it to arrive within 48 hours not a week later.
