“Ordered parts to complete my stair project, all delivered when expected. One bracket in package was wrong colour, this was replaced promptly with no hesitation. Thanks.”

“One broken handrail received must have had considerable force to break this. No time to return for replacement. I had to repair the handrail to enable it to be fixed.”

Gillian, I am very sorry to hear that you received your handrail and it was clearly damaged in transit. Please be advised that should this happen again, if you call us on the day that the item is delivered to advise us, we will always send a replacement out the very same day. As we were unaware of this until now, we were unable to rectify the problem for you.

“Good website - easy to order. Had a call from Jacksons to correct an incompatible part in the order (my bad). Stair parts arrived with decent packaging. All in all a good experience - (I reserve 5 stars for exceptional)”
