“The staff were extremely helpful, accelerating my order delivery timescale. I over-ordered slightly and Jackson Woodturners were happy to accept my returns and reimburse the cost of these items. Unfortunately, the Driver from DX couriers basically threw the order out into our garden and couldn't get away quickly enough.”

“The product was exactly what I needed. The website wasn’t brilliantly helpful as there weren’t enough pictures or dimensions for me to completely check compatibility but I took a chance and it paid off. I’ve only given 3 stars because shipment was extremely slow and as much as the product cost. If I’m going to have to spend almost £8 on shipping I expect it to arrive within 48 hours not a week later.”

“Product was perfect match. What was wrong you used the most useless delivery company I have ever seen. Ordered spindles 16 October, arrived 28 October. Product cost £5 delivery was £25. To put it mildly total s*** service. This kind of thing cost your company in the future.”
