“Very helpful service particularly as online my builder was worried about whether we’d get what we needed, the team were very helpful I sent a photo and they confirmed a suitable match and now I have an awesome half original half new staircase. All looks great, thanks”

“Ordered a bundle of stair spindles as replacements for broken ones. Once painted, they look terrific and most people wouldn't even notice that some of them are 21st century replacements in a Victorian London staircase.”
