“I found Jackson Woodturners online when I was looking for spindles for my stairs. They have such a good selection and their website was easy to order from. I ordered spindles, handrails, base rails, spindles, fixings, newel posts and newel caps. We are really pleased with the quality of all of these items and they came packaged with so much care there was no damage to any items. Their prices were attractive also and they had good reviews. Always worrying to spend this amount of money online when you can't see what you're getting but they've not disappointed :)”

“I’ve had trouble with Jackson woodturners previously, so I bought these items from a different online source. I was disappointed to then find out that was just Jackson woodturners under another name but it was too late to do anything about it…. Now I think even less of them than before.”

“After looking at other options from other companies, I decided to order from Jackson Woodturners because they had exactly what I needed at an incredible price, and a quick delivery schedule. They were by far the cheapest, they kept me informed along the way right from ordering to delivery, and when my items arrived they were in perfect condition due to the care taken and amount of protection on my handrail and brackets. Great service, great price and great delivery, I would definitely order from these guys again and would not hesitate to recommend them.”

“Products are excellent. Would have been 5 stars but the delivery company let you down, as they left over £700 worth of materials out the front of my house & marked it down as signed for, nobody was in for the delivery but we did put in the comments that if the delivery would ring our number given 1 hour roughly before delivery then someone would be there to take it in.”

“Very happy! The ordering process was very simple and my items were delivered when stated. I was a little unhappy about the delivery charge, but accepted that some of the items were very long, so it was not a normal courier delivery. Jackson's, however, excelled when it came to packing the goods. It was exceptionally well packed, so everything arrived without any damage whatsoever. Thanks very much Jackson's, very happy with the products and service!”

“Joanne and Molly very helpful and first delivery was really fast, although there was a hick-up with delivery of a 2nd order that arrived too late for my carpenter to complete the work for several weeks. However on the whole quick delivery and delighted with the quality of goods ordered.”
