“Good quality parts. Very well made. I had a problem with a newel post that was damaged. They replaced it without question. I used this company many years ago for my previous house, which us why I used them again. Would happily recommend them”

“It did not feel good to be classed and chaged with delivery to the Highlands and Islands as Perth city centre is only one hour north of Edinburgh and is not in the Highlands. The product was split into two packages. One arrived on schedule and the other was a day late late. The product itself is good.”
