“I was completely impressed with the service and the goods received! I phoned last thing on a Friday afternoon, found myself talking to Mr Jackson, was assured if I ordered online over the weekend that my order would be with me on the Tuesday - it was!! Even more impressive was the fact this was the weekend before Christmas so the delivery was made during the last frantic Christmas rush, cannot recommend the company and its service highly enough.”

“Very good quick delivery but overcharged for delivery service as I had "any time del." £15 and have been charged £30. Product stored in my garage till fitter can install beg. Feb. I opened the end to see rail and just what I wanted. Meanwhile I may come back to you regarding scews needed to mount on wall but need to speak to fitter about this. Doreen M M Anderson”

“I think the product was very good, as described, nicely finished etc., However, the shipping cost are prohibitively expensive and should be reviewed. As far as I'm aware there is no free shipping available from this company website. In my case the shipping costs made up about 30% of the value of the order, that's pretty high. Unfortunately, I could not find the same product from another site so paid what I had to from Jacksons. My scoring reflects the high shipping costs, the product is 'very good' but the shipping costs 'poor' so I came up with 'normal' overall.”

“I have ordered parts on two orders from this company. The service was fantastic. First order the courier used was awful!!! Bought one item of my staircase and rest on another courier the same day 4 hours later. Obviously concerned I called Jacksons and confirmed all good. They were super helpful and when I made a mistake in my second order I didn't order enough and to save money i asked if I could add to it, although on line it showed processed the team called me added it and the delivery arrived timely. Quality of timber great and I have already recommended. I will post pictures when done”
