“I am very pleased with the items for our balustrade. I ordered ten days before Christmas and was concerned that delivery would not occur before, as we had a carpenter booked for just after Christmas. Holly was helpful while I was deciding what was needed and the delivery occurred as advised. The product was of high quality and a competative price. It was a replacement for a 70s 'ranch' style, that I did not like and would allow”

“The hardwood pig's ear handrail arrived on time securely packed and was exactly as described. I finished it with beeswax and it colour matches the existing bannister handrail on the opposite side of the stairs. Very pleased with product and delivery.”

“Excellent spindles, easy to order items from your website. The only downside to the whole service was the delivery. I had an email confirming my chosen day of delivery and on that day I was tracking it's progress but suddenly it stopped a couple of calls before mine. I emailed your chosen courier but they never replied with an explanation. My order was delivered the following day. The driver could not give me an explanation what had happened the previous day.”

“My ordered goods never arrived after a week and on chasing it up I was told the delivery company had received them but not delegated a driver yet. After a further week still nothing and then told delivery company had sent items back and a refund was issued minus the delivery cost!!! I'm still chasing my full refund so not happy with this service at all.”

Order was dispatched from us to the couriers. Having spoken with the couriers a technical glitch happened from us dispatching your order to them receiving it. The order was returned to us as an “unable to deliver order”. A full refund including your delivery charge has been given. We apologies for any inconvenience.

“Been using Jacksons for a few years for various stairparts. Never had one issue. Materials are always well packaged and protected from potential transit damage. Quality of timber is excellent and even 4.2m lengths are always very straight and true. I'm based in Cardiff and wouldn't use any other supplier. Excellent service.”
