“I ordered parts for a new stair bannister and I can’t fault the quality or the customer service. All items were of high quality, extremely well packaged and were delivered on time and quickly. A fantastic company to buy from and would highly recommend.”

“The pigs ear handrail does not include any fixings. The invoice was not received online until the day of receiving the handrail, which I would have preferred receiving at the time of ordering. I was not able to track the item which meant I had to rely on the delivery date given at time of ordering. These points are mentioned so you can improve your modus operandii.”

“Wrong item sent I ordered white and got cream but I obviously had to open it to look at it and it says on your return policy you won’t accept returns if opened and also I have to pay for postage. My items were £10 I would actually lose money to return. Ridiculous. Wouldn’t order from you again.”
