“Really dissatisfied with attitude of Holly ! Rang to say the delivery date was wrong. She pretended that the phone line was bad . Which it was not . Had made several call that morning, with out a problem . Will not use again . Been a carpenter for 34 years ! Will use pear stair next time !”

We can see that you contacted us by email to amend your delivery to an earlier date. Due to human error on our side unfortunately your delivery date wasn’t amended. After contacting us by phone your order was dispatched for a next day delivery. We apologise for the delivery date not being amended and have done some re-training with our customer service advisors.

“Really good service. Delivered in perfect condition (which this day and age is quite unique) Easy to order also I ordered additional products which in the end didn't really need . No problem to cancel the order and refund given .would definitely recommend”

“First time order and it will not be the last! Excellent quality products at very competitive prices even with delivery costs added. I purchased pre primed stair parts and the finish and quality of wood was fantastic, I have a very happy customer🙂”

“The mop stick rail purchased was of good quality and reasonably priced. The fittings were very good and well packaged to ensure they were not damaged in transit. All fitted perfectly. The only slight aberration was the delivery company was not able to deliver on the allotted day, and had I not phoned them they would not have bothered to let me know, so a day spent in for no reason and the need to stay in the following day. Not a direct fault of Jackson’s but did marr the whole experience.”
