“The product I purchased was Dark Hardwood Round Mopstick Handrails. Jackson Woodturners were courteous and helpful when I rang to place my order. Delivery was prompt and efficient. The handrails were excellent quality and well packaged to protect them from damage in transit. I am happy to recommend Jackson Woodturners and will use them again. Many thanks for an excellent and well priced product.”

“Order correct and delivered on time. Only disappointment came when unpacking, wood arrived really well packaged so unable to check for damage whilst impatient delivery driver waited! On un packing several pieces were dented, no corresponding dents in packaging so can only assume it was dispatched like that. Disappointing as stair parts are really visible .”

“We purchased a finished oak broomstick handrail & end caps. Prior to purchase, I telephoned as I had some queries; these were handled very helpfully. The delivery was efficient & on time. The products were well packaged & undamaged. The handrail is beautiful & the end caps enhance it's appearance. An excellent service.”
