“The rail is excellent quality and was delivered on time and well packaged. the customer service and product is excellent. The only complaint is that the courier left me a 66yo woman to lift a very heavy handrail into the house. I had to ask for assistance from a neighbour.”

“Yes they are very good, after speaking to their staff just to check what I needed re the size was in stock,I ordered online my item came in the prescribed time, excellent packaging well protected, just waiting now to make with the installation, thank you Mr Woodturners. Mr R Dawon.”

“Prompt service & solution of an issue encountered. One of the two wooden stair spindles I received was broken on arrival. We called the help number & sent photos of the broken spindle & a replacement was dispatched the same day free of charge; excellent customer service, thank you”

Good morning Cliff, I am very happy to hear that you are pleased with Jackson Woodturners. Unfortunately we are tied with the couriers and have to rely that they will deliver on time. They do, occasionally suffer delays and issues I am sorry that you were on the receiving end of this. I hope this will not stop you from returning for Jacksons in the future.

“I’d been looking to replace a missing stair spindle for a while but was having no luck finding a match for the existing spindles. I found Jackson Woodturners via Google search and found what looked to be a perfect match. The spindle arrived very well packaged in a reasonable time frame, and I received delivery updates letting me know when to expect it. After cutting down to size, the spindle fits perfectly with the others. Happy to recommend Jackson Woodturners and would use again myself.”
