“Good product range, user-friendly website and prompt delivery after order. The packaging of the items was first class so they arrived in perfect condition. Good communication throughout this transaction. I ordered two oak base rails to refurbish my staircase and they appear good quality and a good colour match. Unfortunately, I haven't found the time to fit them yet!”

“Excellent customer service. Spoke to knowledgeable staff prior to order as staircase spindles required but I needed to know if i could cut them as the bannister disappears into the wall as it in lines.”

“Hemlock arrived well wrapped, and in box. all in perfect condition. now cut to size, angled and rounded ends, varnished and fitted with stainless steel brackets, good match to existing balustrade, and much safer having handrail on stairs. good service and quality product.”
