“Good price & delivered when they said. Few damages on delivery but putting that down to courier as it was well packaged. Decent quality products but slight bows on longer lengths. Few factory gouges in handrails & newels & some primer runs which added a few hours extra of prep work prior to painting but all round, good experience”

“Good products at competitive prices, but some issues with the shipment; one package out of 3 was returned by the courier to Jacksons for some unknown reason and one item was missing from the original shipment. This was quickly resolved by Jacksons but did delay my progress”

“Overall good but the the couriers let you down by being a day late and costing me time I won’t get back. The oak spindles were slightly to big or the housing in the rails were too small. Either way, a leading edge had to be put on the the top and bottom of each spindle! Not the end of the world but again, it cost me time!”

“I purchased a stair handrail. The product was exactly as described, beautiful Ash, very pleased. It was easy to make the order and it arrived earlier than expected, extremely well packed and protected. Can't wait to see it in situ.”
