“Easy website to navigate and you can choose the delivery date which is really helpful. The quality of the pine mop stick bannister and fittings were excellent. I added a stain and wax before the install and was very happy with the final result.”

“I wish I could give them ten stars, they're Super-excellent! I wanted to buy just four black metal and oak stair ballusters but with the oak part removable on one end of each. I expected them to say no given that it was a very small order. But the young man I spoke to on the phone was so helpful and asssured me it would be done as requested. My order arrived right on time, very well packed and protected, and the quality is superb. Beautifully finished oak and top quality metal. I would certainly buy from them again and have no hesitation in recommending them.”

“Service is amazing ,the drive who delivered seems to be in a hurry ,I and wanted to check the delivery but was told buy the drive that even if it was wrong there wouldn't be able to change the situation. As it happens the order was wrong, I had ordered two instead of one item . I would have returned this item ,but I felt pressed not to check the order. As for the product , fantastic and looks really good in situation, well wrapped etc. Very happy with product and will use again. Adam”
