“Stylish product and creates a great look however grub screws aren't robust and can easily be cross threaded or over tightened loosing them into the foot. Biggest issue though is £24 delivery charge whether you're ordering 3 or 30, really needs explaining, not acceptable.”

“I have ordered a couple of times from them now. The oak I've ordered looked of the highest grade. Items come wrapped very well. Did have an problem fitting the oak spindle's into the hand & base rails as the fit was super tight almost causing the rails to split. Had to chamfer them all to to go in. I did have an issue with the courier service they used. I spoke to one of the team & asked for my items to be put at the back of my property which had easy access. But as I arrived home the items were placed outside my front door I plain sight for anyone to see, & the items weren't small.”

“I accidentally ordered incompatible spindles for the banister and the customer support called me before the order was shipped to find out if I’d made a mistake. They easily amended the order and the products were received swiftly and in good condition. I’d highly recommend.”
