“I am so impressed with the customer service and efficiency of the staff, I had an order that wasn’t standard, as I was struggling to get what I needed, I sent a chat last night enquiring about it (not actually expecting a positive response) and Molly from their office messaged me first thing when the office opened, she dealt with my request, placed an order over the phone for me and took payment. I can’t fault the customer service, and the help I had from Molly who was really professional and helpful. Thank you”

“I bought a handrail and baserail direct from the Jackson Woodturners website as well as 21x Fusion Chrome Staircase Balusters and 2x Chrome Newel Caps from them via Amazon. As well as the products being exactly what I was looking for the customer service was superb. They phoned me to tell me I had ordered the wrong size handrail, talked me through the options, updated my order accordingly and processed the refund I was due. I would use them again without any hesitation and recommend them to anyone.”

“Excellent service, goods delivered on time and excellent quality. Although well wrapped they did arrive with packaging looking slightly battered and one spindle dented. Had over ordered so wasn't a problem but may benefit from a small amount of padding around the outside.”
