“When ordering, Friday delivery was offered so I booked it. One of the parts did not turn up on the Friday which meant I could not do the job on Saturday as planned. The van driver delivering on the Friday said the missing part was on a differnt van and would be delivered seperately. I rang and was told it would not be delivered until Monday.”

Good Morning Phil, Please accept our apologies on behalf of the courier. We despatch all our orders the day before delivery and unfortunately, the couriers occasionally make an error when they are loading their vans. I am terribly sorry that it halted your plans over that weekend.

“Very good quality and service. I recently revamped my staircase after already extending my engineered oak flooring up the stairs, I did loads of research and settled on Jackson Woodtuners due to their range, ease of the website, ease of ordering, very helpful and friendly staff. Once ordered I was given a delivery date, I actually added to the order just before the delivery date as well. Delivery was on the day advised, product quality was excellent, packaging was excellent. If you're looking to do your stairs look no further than this company, I am not a professional but pro or DIY through all the research I did, hard to beat these guys.”
