“Excellent product and service , particularly packaging”

“What an amazing company! Nothing is too much trouble! I placed a order but chose delivery a few months away. Forgot to add 1 part to the order so spoke to Kim-Marie over their chat facility to add the extra part. I had to call the sales dept. to order over the phone and this was dealt fast and efficiently. We then found out our joiner had a cancellation so could fit us in sooner so I contacted Jacksons via the chat facility and spoke to Kim-Marie again to see if we could bring the delivery forward. This wasn't a problem at all for them. I was given a date for the following week and the order arrived on time. The packaging was second to none! All items were super protected!! The quality and consistency of the items in the order were all spot on too. Their chosen delivery company are also very good! Thanks heaps Jacksons!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️😁🤩”

“We ordered enough stock of stair pillars, landing pillars, toppers, hand and base rails so that we could have a new staircase fitted. The order was processed quickly and the items were delivered on the day that I required them, however some of the packaging was damaged in the process (I wasn't at home when this happened), but that said there was no damage to the actual stock within, PHEW! I contacted Jackson Woodturners customer services, they offered me the cost of my delivery charge back as a goodwill gesture, which I accepted due to the damage. The quality of all the items ordered was good apart from the connecting pieces which were made from plastic (to our shock) and not from the same material as the pillars. Looking back the description it did not mention the word plastic but used the term 'ABS', which I didn't understand what that exactly was, however that said they were relatively easy to install by my contracted carpenter and they look good, now that they are installed.”

“All I did was pay over the phone and given a delivery date, after our joiner phoned in the order, this arrived on the date promised I had to chase my tracking number which was the only downside however they responded very quickly so real good customer service certainly recommend them.”

“Had several items from doors with fittings to handrail for a revamp of our entire HSL. All goods were excellent, delivered on time and the whole delivery was superb for start to finish. I can't praise them enough and would certainly recommend them to everyone.”
