“Excellent service at Jackson Woodturners, good value for money. Having already placed an order and then realising we needed to change something on the order they were quick to amend this and the difference was refunded the same day! The only slight let down was the delivery service hence 'Good' and not 'Very Good', it was a Tuffnells delivery Lorry and the 2 guys were a little rude, the lengths were 3.6m long and I am a young female unable to carry these by myself and they weren't allowed in the property so it made things a little difficult.”

“Ordered items on Tuesday with a request to have them delivered on Friday which they did. Ordered 30 spindles but found 31 in the box. Not sure if it was intentional or not but the extra spindle came useful as found another spindle that was slightly damaged. The quality of the hemlock spindles and the base rail I ordered is superb. Now all installed and waiting to be painted. Highly recommended”

I phoned last thing on a Friday afternoon, found myself talking to Mr Jackson, was assured if I ordered online over the weekend that my order would be with me on the Tuesday - it was!! Even more impressive was the fact this was the weekend before Christmas so the delivery was made during the last frantic Christmas rush, cannot recommend the company and its service highly enough.”
