“I recently purchased 2x mop stick hand rails for a job they were cheaper than I could find locally even with delivery they came very well packaged and on time excellent service would definitely recommend and use again”

“Needed to build a Balustrade, ordered parts from Jacksons, and the parts arrived on the correct specified day (actually had to phone up and change the day, no problems). All parts great quality, and packaging was fantastic, several layers, hard and soft protection. This is really important as the hassle of sending anything back would be a real pain. This is the second time I have used Jacksons, last time 9 years ago, and I had the same experience then”

“I was searching and searching trying to find handrails that were 54cm in diameter. I stumbled across Jackson Woodturners. Excellent experience from start to finish. Delivery was on the day I requested. Arrived in perfect condition. I stained them and they look fab.”

“After placing an order with Jackson’s Woodturners, which I had done previously, I received a product that was not to mine or the customers satisfaction. I had to rectify the product myself and have since twice emailed Jackson’s Woodturners about the issue. To date, some two weeks on, I have still not received a reply. Customer service extremely poor.”

I am unsure which product unfortunately as I can see that both orders were placed online in March and I am unable to trace the emails that you sent relating to the problem. Service is paramount to our business and it is dissapointing that I have been unable to attempt to resolve your issue. I would hope that you do not experience any dissatisfaction again in the future, but please telephone us should you have any problems at all. “The product is always quality and at a great price and the staff are very friendly and helpful .
