“Bought a couple of bannister rails and associated furniture. Delivery was quick and very well packaged. The external wood (Oak) is very good quality and the internal construction is excellent too, giving the rail the strength and resilience a long pole/handrail needs! The furniture, brackets and end caps, is all good quality and comes with good appropriate screws too.”

“Really helpful. No hassle, great communication and went out of their way to help me get the best deal and the right items, in this case, the best stair spindles and sorted me out with stair handrail and fittings. The end result for them was less money but that's what real customer service should be.”

“I needed a nice little oak bannister for my cottage. Ordered one for Jackson’s. It was good value for money. It was delivered on time and in perfect order. It is now installed and looking great. I will definitely buy from them again.”

“Delivery of items was spot on time & great price 👍 only minor gripe would be the join on 3.6m length 3/4 up the handrail has a join which goes from a slight knot to nothing so its visible, being a master crafts man carpenter and joiner I notice it all the time other than that lovely piece of oak.”
